Project Objectives and Priorities – EuroPACEthe following key objectives:
Promote Youth Participation in Sport
EuroPACE encourages secondary school students (aged 14–18) to engage in physical activities by organizing the Digital School Sport Day (DSSD)—a synchronized event across multiple European countries.
Enhance Healthy Lifestyles
The project focuses on combating sedentary behavior by integrating regular physical
activity into school environments, contributing to better physical and mental health.
Ensure Inclusivity and Accessibility
By offering cost-effective and easy-to-implement activities, EuroPACE removes barriers related to geography, socio-economic background, and gender, promoting equality and safeguarding.
Foster Digital Innovation in Sport
Using digital tools, schools can compare results in real-time across borders, making the
event both competitive and collaborative.
Strengthen Transnational Cooperation
EuroPACE provides a structured, scalable framework for schools to participate in friendly, international sports competitions such as Dragon Boat, chess, relays, and obstacle races.
Support Sustainable Sports Initiatives
The project prioritizes long-term adoption through open-source materials, local
adaptability, and teacher training

A New Era in School Sports
Digital School Sport Day is a groundbreaking initiative by the EuroPACE project, held during the European Week of Sport. It brings together students aged 14–18 across Europe in a fun, healthy, and inclusive way through localized competitions with international visibility
